Step 1: Access the Studio's Portal

• Click the Studio Pro portal link - here.

• Create your account: Click the Create Account or Register Now button on their portal login page.

• Enter your information: Fill out your name, contact details, emergency contacts, and create a password.

 

Step 2: Add Student Profiles

​

• Input student data: Once logged in, the system will prompt you to add your children (or yourself, if you are the student).

• Provide details: Enter the student's name, birthdate, and any relevant medical notes or dance experience.

 

Step 3: Select and Enroll in Classes

​

• Navigate to registration: Click "Register" and select "Classes" from the drop down menu at the top of your dashboard.

• Filter by season: Choose from "Harmony Happenings" (special events), "All-In Classes" (full year), "Hop-In Classes" (adult drop ins), and "Mini-sessions" (8-week sessions). The portal will automatically display classes that match your student's age group.

• Choose classes: Check the boxes next to the classes you wish to take. 

  • Friendly Tip: When registering for a Hop-in class, select "pick a date to drop in," NOT "enroll in this class"​

Step 4: Sign Waivers and Pay

​

• Accept policies: Click Submit at the bottom of the page and review the studio's liability waivers, tuition policies, and handbook agreements.

• Complete checkout: Click Finish Registration Now to pay your registration fee or first tuition installment. Your spot in the class is not guaranteed until this step is complete.
